Returns are accepted for items that arrive with physical damage. We ask that you inspect your piece upon arrival and reach out promptly if this applies to you.
Return Window
Requests may be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please initiate your return within this window to ensure it can be processed.
How to Start a Return

Warranty
Every KOZEN Botanica piece is covered by our warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing faults that may appear after delivery.
